Language and communication

CASA House aims to be accessible to people with different communication needs and linguistic diversity. 

Interpreters and relay calls 

We use interpreters to be able to communicate with people who speak languages other than English, including Auslan. We also use the National Relay Service to work with deaf people. Find more information on ways to contact us.

Communication needs

CASA House aims to be accessible to people with additional communication needs. We will do our best to meet your needs. If we are not able to meet your needs, we might not be the best service for you. We will discuss other options for support with you in this case.

CASA House acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work, the Wurundjeri and Boonwurrung peoples of the Kulin Nation. We recognise their continuing connection to, and care for, land and waters. We acknowledge this land was stolen, and that sovereignty was never ceded. We pay our respect to Elders, past and present.
